TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SEASON PARKING

The Season Pass Card Holder (hereinafter described as (“The Licensee”) in purchasing the Pass Card agrees to become the Licensee of Multizone Parking Sdn Bhd (hereinafter described as (“The Company”) under the following terms and conditions.

1. The Licensee, its servant, agents and invitees shall use the car parking areas/occupy the car park bays at his/her own risk and hereby release to the full extent permitted by the law the Company and its agent, servants and invitees from all claim and demands of every kind resulting from any accident, damage or injury to person or property howsoever caused occurring in or upon car parking areas.

2. Upon approval by the Company of an application, the Company may issue the Pass Card. All Pass Card and shall remain the property of the Company.

3. Parking fees are to be paid 7 DAYS in advance or by last day of the month previous. The Licensee wishing to renew his/her season parking must pay prior to the date of expiration of his current pass card at the online portal multizone.webpms.asia.

4. The Pass Card is issued for a specific vehicle and is strictly non-transferable. Any season parking vehicle not a valid parking pass card may be treated as a casual parking vehicle and will be non-season parking rates. Any Licensee who does not use/produce the pass card for the purpose of entry and exit shall also pay non-season parking fees.

5. The Licensee will be wholly responsible for the safekeeping of Pass Card. misplaced, lost or damaged Pass Card must be reported to the Company immediately. The same may be replaced upon payment to the Company with a cost of RM50.00 or to be determined by the Company without prior notice.

6. All season parking fees paid for the current month are non-refundable.

7. The Company reserves the rights to terminate the season parking from Licensee whom he/she is found to be in breach of any of the above terms and conditions. Any subsequent request for refund of season parking fees will not be entertained.

8. The Company reserves the right to increase the season parking fee at any time during the currency of the Licensee.

9. The Company reserves the right to alter or amend any of the above terms and condition without prior notice and any decision made by the Company is final.

10. The Pass Card that may have been issued to the Licensee remains the property of the Company at all times. The Company has the right to withdraw such Pass Card at any time.

11. The Company reserves the right to withdraw the said parking facility without prior notice.

12. Upon Passcard expiry, Passcard holder shall have to enter and exit using Touch ‘N Go card or payWave cards at the contactless reader at the entrance even after renewal is made. The Passcard can only be used for entry after renewal.

13. Any pass card holder who has entered the car park with the Touch ‘N Go card or payWave cards shall have to pay according to the stipulated daily rates irrespective whether if he/she has settled the monthly seasonal fee.

14. Season parking fees are to be paid in advance before the 7th day of every month. Multizone Parking Sdn Bhd reserves the right to terminate or deactivate the access card if payment is not received when due. The administration charges of RM10 per card to be imposed to activate the inactive card upon request. Please show proof of payment made in order to activate back your access card.

15. Any season renewal after 1 months shall be deemed as new application with new card sale
